Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support two growing companies with day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on bookkeeping experience, be fluent in Yiddish, and be comfortable managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial records using QuickBooks Online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable, including payment tracking and follow-up via email
- Manage Accounts Payable and coordinate vendor payments
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile transactions and ensure financial data accuracy
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on unpaid invoices
- Maintain organized financial documentation and records
- Coordinate with management regarding payment status and financial updates
- Assist with general bookkeeping and administrative accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Yiddish (Required)
- Located in Israel (Preferred)
- Previous bookkeeping experience required
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication skills for payment follow-ups
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

- Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting
Working Hours:
- Approximately 3 hours per day (15 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule within 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Israel Time
Success in This Role:
- AR and AP processes are maintained accurately and consistently
- Vendor payments and customer payment follow-ups are completed on time
- Financial records remain accurate and up to date in QuickBooks Online
- Outstanding items are proactively tracked and communicated
- Management experiences reduced administrative workload and improved financial visibility
