Talent Bridging

Overview:

Talent Bridging is looking for a talented and highly creative Video & Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn an idea into content that makes people stop scrolling. Video will be a major part of this role, from short form social content and paid ads to YouTube videos, podcasts and AI generated creative. But we’re not looking for a video editor alone. We want a well rounded digital creative with strong video editing, design and storytelling skills who is excited about the possibilities of AI and knows how to use new technology to produce better creative. If you love experimenting with new formats, following content trends, working with AI tools and turning raw ideas or footage into polished digital content, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Creating:

No two weeks will look exactly the same. You’ll work alongside our marketing team to create content across Talent Bridging’s digital channels, including:

  • Short form videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
  • AI generated and AI assisted video content
  • Creative brand and storytelling videos
  • Paid social media ads and campaign creative
  • Long form YouTube videos
  • Full podcast episodes
  • Podcast teasers, trailers and promotional content
  • Short form clips and highlights from podcasts and interviews
  • Motion graphics, animated text, titles and subtitles
  • YouTube thumbnails and supporting channel creative
  • Social media graphics and carousels
  • Brand campaign assets
  • Content supporting Talent Bridging and our leadership brand

Video Creation & Editing:

You’ll be responsible for turning raw footage, scripts, concepts and creative briefs into polished video content. That means understanding more than how to cut clips together. You should have a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, hooks, sound, transitions, captions, motion and visual composition. You’ll understand that a TikTok or Reel needs to be approached differently from a paid social ad, a podcast or a long form YouTube video. Most importantly, you should know how to create content that feels intentional, current and professionally produced.

AI Video & Creative:

AI is becoming an important part of how we create content, so we’re looking for someone who is already exploring and working with AI video and generative creative tools. You may be creating entirely new AI generated scenes, transforming images into video, developing characters or environments, experimenting with creative concepts, or combining AI generated assets with traditional footage and motion graphics. Experience with tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or similar platforms would be valuable. We’re not tied to a specific platform. What matters is that you understand how to use AI as a creative production tool, not simply generate something and call it finished.

Podcasts & YouTube:

You’ll also play an important role in developing our YouTube and podcast content. You should be comfortable taking a raw podcast or interview recording and turning it into a professional finished episode.

This could include:

  • Editing long form episodes
  • Improving pacing and flow
  • Cleaning and balancing audio
  • Adding titles, graphics and branding
  • Creating intros and outros
  • Adding captions and supporting visual elements
  • Creating thumbnails
  • Identifying the strongest moments from an episode
  • Turning long form conversations into engaging short form clips for social media

We want someone who can see one podcast recording as multiple pieces of content, rather than
simply one video to upload.

Design Skills Matter:

This is not a Canva only design role. Canva can absolutely form part of your workflow, but we are looking for someone with genuine graphic design ability and a strong understanding of:

  • Typography
  • Layout and composition
  • Visual hierarchy
  • Brand consistency
  • Social media design
  • Digital advertising creative
  • YouTube thumbnail design
  • Campaign creative

Experience using professional creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent professional tools is strongly preferred.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re probably a good fit for this role if you:

  • Have proven experience creating professional digital and social content
  • Have strong video editing skills
  • Have strong graphic design skills
  • Have experience creating short form social video
  • Understand how to create content for different social platforms
  • Have experience with YouTube content
  • Have experience editing podcasts or interview based content
  • Have experience with AI video or generative creative tools
  • Understand hooks, pacing and storytelling
  • Understand the fundamentals of paid advertising creative
  • Have a strong eye for visual detail
  • Can follow a creative brief while still bringing your own ideas to the table
  • Are comfortable working across different content formats and audiences
  • Keep up with trends across social media, video, design and AI
  • Enjoy experimenting with new creative tools and technologies

The Kind of Creative We Want:

We’re not looking for someone who simply waits for instructions on where to place text or which transition to use. We’re looking for someone who receives a brief and immediately starts thinking:

  • How could we make this better?
  • How could we tell this story visually?
  • What would make someone stop scrolling?
  • Could AI help us create something we couldn’t have produced before?

You should be curious, creative and willing to experiment.

Portfolio Required:

A portfolio is required when applying for this position.

We’d particularly like to see examples of:

  • Short form social videos
  • AI generated or AI assisted videos
  • YouTube or long form video editing
  • Podcast content
  • Paid advertising creative
  • Graphic design and social media content
  • Motion graphics or animation

Where possible, please tell us what you personally created within each project and which software or AI tools you used.

Applications without a portfolio or examples of previous creative work will not be considered.
