Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior PPC & Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can own the marketing function end-to-end —from strategy and campaign execution to automation, analytics, SOP creation, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly technical, and experienced managing significant monthly ad spend while building scalable acquisition systems that generate measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Media Management

    • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across:
      – Google Ads
      – Meta Ads
      – YouTube Ads
      – LinkedIn Ads
    • Manage large-scale advertising budgets with focus on:
      – CPL (Cost per Lead)
      – CPA (Cost per Acquisition)
      – ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

    • Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies
    • Manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously

    2. Marketing Automation & CRM

    • Build and manage automations using:
      – GoHighLevel (GHL)
      – ActiveCampaign
      – MailerLite

    • Develop pipelines, workflows, lead nurturing systems, and CRM automations
    • Implement scalable SOPs and marketing systems

    3. Analytics & Tracking

    • Set up and manage:
      – GA4
      – Google Tag Manager
      – UTM Tracking
      – CallRail

    • Ensure accurate attribution and reporting across all marketing channels
    • Create actionable performance reports and dashboards

    4. SEO & Organic Growth

    • Execute technical and on-page SEO strategies
    • Utilize tools such as:
      – Ahrefs
      – SEMrush
      – Search Atlas
      – Google Search Console
      – Screaming Frog

    • Grow organic visibility and search rankings for local service businesses, SaaS, and eCommerce brands

    5. Lead Generation & Outreach

    • Build and optimize B2B outbound systems using:
      – Apollo
      – Lusha
      – LinkedIn Sales Navigator
      – Instantly.ai

    • Create and optimize cold email outreach campaigns
    • Train and manage lead generation virtual assistants

    6. Team Leadership & Operations

    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams including:
      – PPC Specialists
      – SEO Specialists
      – Designers
      – Developers
      – Email Marketing Specialists

    • Build SOPs, define KPIs, and conduct weekly performance reviews
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and business owners to align marketing strategies with
      growth objective

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in PPC and digital marketing
    • Proven experience managing high monthly ad spend budgets
    • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
    • Experience with YouTube and LinkedIn advertising
    • Advanced knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills
    • Experience managing remote teams and specialists
    • Excellent project management and communication skills
    • Ability to build scalable systems and processes
