Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Virtual Assistant to support a growing business specialising in 360-degree interior photography and virtual tours for restaurants and retail businesses. The primary focus of this role is cold calling and lead generation, helping identify and connect with potential clients in New York City.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Outreach
- Conduct outbound cold calls to restaurants, retail stores, and other businesses in NYC
- Introduce and explain the benefits of 360-degree virtual tours and interior photography
- Engage decision-makers and generate interest in the service
Lead Generation & Research
- Identify and compile prospect lists using Google, business directories, and other online sources
- Build and maintain an organized database of potential clients
Sales Support & Follow-ups
- Track outreach activities, conversations, and follow-ups
- Maintain notes on leads and update the sales pipeline
- Follow up with interested prospects to help move them toward booking services
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes
- Provide regular updates on outreach progress and lead generation performance
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English with minimal accent
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales
- Strong confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Experience with lead generation and prospect research
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable working full-time on EST hours
- Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- 9:00 AM โ 5:00 PM EST
Success Measures:
- Consistently generating qualified leads through outbound calls
- Booking meetings or creating strong sales opportunities
- Maintaining organized lead lists and accurate outreach tracking
- Supporting steady growth in new business opportunities.
