Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to support a
growing plush animal business. This role will focus on identifying potential B2B customers (gift shops,
zoos, and retail partners), executing outbound outreach, and helping build a consistent sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and build targeted lead lists (gift shops, zoos, specialty retailers)
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce products and generate interest
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers
  • Follow up with prospects via phone and email
  • Assist in developing and refining sales scripts
  • Utilize and present digital sales materials (brochures, product info)
  • Track outreach activities, leads, and progress in an organized system
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity and results

Requirements:

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Confident and comfortable making outbound sales calls
  • Positive attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred

Schedule:

Aligned with U.S. business hours (approx. 9:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM EST)

Success Measures (First 30-60 days):

  • Consistent daily outreach (calls and follow-ups)
  • Development of an effective and optimized sales script
  • Creation of a steady pipeline of qualified leads
  • Booking meetings or generating opportunities with target clients
  • Accurate tracking and reporting of all sales activities
