Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Spanish Bilingual Manager with hands-on experience in AppFolio to oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless communication between English- and Spanish-speaking stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to manage performance while maintaining high service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and develop a team, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for both English- and Spanish-speaking clients, tenants, vendors, and team members
  • Utilize AppFolio for property management tasks such as tenant management, maintenance tracking, rent collection, and reporting
  • Translate and communicate business objectives, policies, and updates accurately in both languages
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and productivity metrics; implement improvements as needed
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
  • Handle escalations, including tenant concerns, maintenance issues, and billing disputes
  • Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on reporting, process improvements, and operational strategy
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, housing regulations, and local requirements

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required
  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Hands-on experience with AppFolio is required
  • Strong understanding of property management operations (leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, rent collection)
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, property management tools, and reporting platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not required)

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience managing bilingual or multicultural teams
  • Background in property management or real estate operations
  • Experience working with remote or offshore teams
