Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Spanish Bilingual Manager with hands-on experience in AppFolio to oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless communication between English- and Spanish-speaking stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to manage performance while maintaining high service and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and develop a team, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Serve as a primary point of contact for both English- and Spanish-speaking clients, tenants, vendors, and team members
- Utilize AppFolio for property management tasks such as tenant management, maintenance tracking, rent collection, and reporting
- Translate and communicate business objectives, policies, and updates accurately in both languages
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and productivity metrics; implement improvements as needed
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
- Handle escalations, including tenant concerns, maintenance issues, and billing disputes
- Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when necessary
- Collaborate with senior leadership on reporting, process improvements, and operational strategy
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, housing regulations, and local requirements
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role
- Hands-on experience with AppFolio is required
- Strong understanding of property management operations (leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, rent collection)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems, property management tools, and reporting platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not required)
