Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to lead email marketing and SEO initiatives aimed at
increasing brand visibility, nurturing existing leads, and generating new business opportunities. This role
requires a balance of creativity and analytical thinking, with a strong focus on execution and measurable
results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns for 200–300 warm leads
  • Develop email sequences (intro, nurture, follow-ups) to maintain consistent engagement every 4–8
    weeks
  • Design and write compelling email content aligned with the brand and target audience
  • Manage and optimize email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or similar tools)
  • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize accordingly
  • Conduct website audits to identify SEO and conversion improvement opportunities
  • Implement on-page SEO strategies (meta tags, keywords, content optimization)
  • Improve website structure and user experience to support lead generation
  • Execute β€œquick wins” to increase organic traffic and visibility
  • Optimize and manage Google Business Profile and other relevant listings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Document processes, workflows, and campaign strategies
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and website optimization
  • Experience using email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp or similar platforms)
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance
  • Strong written English and copywriting skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
