Overview:
Our client is a growing full-service junk removal company based in Montreal, Canada, providing residential and commercial junk removal, estate cleanouts, after-death cleanouts, and specialty removal services. They are looking for a highly confident French-English bilingual Virtual Assistant who can serve as the voice of the company while managing day-to-day administrative operations. We are seeking a French Bilingual Customer Support & Administrative Virtual Assistant to become the primary back-office support for the business. This role combines customer service, scheduling, CRM management, quoting, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is someone who communicates naturally in both French and English, is confident speaking with customers over the phone, can think on their feet, and is comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Answer inbound customer calls in both French and English.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries.
- Make outbound follow-up calls regarding estimates and bookings.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Scheduling & Dispatch Support
- Schedule appointments and coordinate job bookings.
- Confirm appointments with customers.
- Update schedules as changes occur.
- Coordinate with field teams regarding upcoming jobs.
Quoting & Sales Support
- Prepare customer quotes based on company guidelines.
- Explain services and pricing to prospective customers.
- Follow up on pending quotes to improve conversion rates.
CRM & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate customer records in Zoho CRM.
- Input new leads and update existing records.
- Track customer interactions and job status.
- Organize digital files and administrative documentation.
- Assist with general office administration.
Required Qualifications:

- Fluent spoken French and English.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both languages.
