Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Follow call scripts, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Document all calls and client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvements for more efficient workflows.
  • Maintain professionalism and consistency in every interaction.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred.
  • Clear, strong English accent.
  • Professional, reliable, and consistent in work and communication.
  • Confident on the phone with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Empathetic and compassionate toward callers.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and productivity tools.
  • Adaptable and calm in a fast-paced environment.

Training and Growth:

  • HIPAA training and certification will be provided after onboarding.
