Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Brand Visibility & WhatsApp Business Manager to take ownership of a company’s digital visibility, WhatsApp Business management, and short-form event content creation. This is not a traditional social media management role. The ideal candidate must be confident managing the full WhatsApp Business ecosystem — from setup and optimization through to daily execution, visibility strategy, content creation, posting, and ongoing management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a strong and consistent digital presence through high-quality event showcase content, WhatsApp visibility, and professional brand positioning. This role requires someone who is highly independent, proactive, creative, organized, detail-orientated and experienced in short-form content creation, design, and video editing. As the event industry is fast-paced, the candidate must be adaptable and capable of working efficiently under pressure and around event schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

WhatsApp Business Management

  • Fully manage and optimize WhatsApp Business
  • Maintain daily WhatsApp status visibility
  • Upload and schedule branded content consistently
  • Organize WhatsApp contact segmentation where needed
  • Implement best practices for WhatsApp Business setup and management
  • Maintain professional communication standards
  • Ensure the business remains consistently visible and top-of-mind within the community

Content Creation & Brand Visibility

  • Create engaging short-form content from event footage
  • Design WhatsApp-ready graphics and visual content
  • Create event recap videos and highlight reels
  • Edit vertical short-form videos for WhatsApp, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn
  • Develop visually appealing branded content aligned with the company’s aesthetic
  • Capture and showcase event energy, setup processes, venue transformations, and behind-
    the-scenes mom

Video Editing

  • Edit 30–60 second event showcase videos
  • Create polished highlight reels with transitions, music, captions, and branding
  • Format content correctly for WhatsApp status and social platforms
  • Maintain high-quality visual storytelling standards
  • Organize and manage raw media files efficiently

Content Planning & Execution

  • Develop and maintain a consistent posting rhythm
  • Plan content around upcoming and completed events
  • Identify strong moments and stories from event footage
  • Ensure content aligns with the brand’s premium and professional positioning
  • Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints

Brand Management

  • Help strengthen the company’s digital brand presence
  • Ensure visual consistency across all content
  • Maintain a polished and professional brand image
  • Contribute creative ideas for improving visibility and engagement
  • Support long-term brand growth through strategic content execution

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing WhatsApp Business professionally
  • Strong understanding of WhatsApp status marketing and visibility strategies
  • Strong short-form video editing skills
  • Strong graphic design skills
  • Experience creating content for social media and WhatsApp platforms
  • Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling
  • Ability to work independently without daily oversight
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Required Software Experience:

  • Canva

  • Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)
  • Adobe Photoshop (preferred)

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with event brands, hospitality brands, or lifestyle businesses
  • Experience creating high-energy event recap content
  • Understanding of community-driven and relationship-based marketing
  • Experience managing premium or luxury brand aesthetics
