Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and visually driven Brand Content & Visual Experience Specialist to take ownership of our social media presence, visual storytelling, content creation, video editing, and email marketing design. This is not a traditional social media management role. We are looking for someone who understands how visual content influences perception, engagement, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate has experience working with creative agencies, photography studios, luxury brands, hospitality, interior design, architecture, lifestyle brands, or other visually driven industries. You will be responsible for creating premium content that showcases our work, strengthens our online presence, and helps position the brand as a leader in immersive visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain all social media platforms
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms
  • Monitor engagement and community interactions
  • Identify opportunities to increase reach and brand awareness
  • Track content performance and provide recommendations

Content Creation

  • Create premium social media content aligned with the brand aesthetic
  • Develop static posts, carousel posts, reels, and short-form video content
  • Write compelling captions and content hooks
  • Repurpose existing content into multiple formats
  • Maintain visual consistency across all channels

Video Editing

  • Edit cinematic reels and short-form videos
  • Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Produce before-and-after content, project showcases, and storytelling pieces
  • Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual enhancements
  • Optimize videos for social media performance

Graphic Design

  • Design social media graphics and campaign assets
  • Create presentation materials when required
  • Design branded visual content aligned with the company’s premium aesthetic
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs

Email Marketing

  • Design visually engaging email campaigns
  • Create branded email templates and newsletters
  • Develop email content supporting outreach and awareness initiatives
  • Collaborate on campaign concepts and messaging
  • Ensure all email communication aligns with brand standards

Brand Storytelling

  • Develop content that communicates the value of visual presentation and customer experience
  • Create content around customer psychology, perception, and digital engagement
  • Translate projects into compelling stories that resonate with target audiences
  • Support the positioning of the brand as a premium visual experience provider

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Has strong experience managing social media for premium brands
  • Understands visual storytelling and content psychology
  • Has excellent graphic design skills
  • Has advanced video editing capabilities
  • Has experience designing marketing emails and newsletters
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Has a strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and branding
  • Understands content strategy and audience engagement
  • Is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
