Talent Bridging connects talented professionals from around the world with businesses looking to build skilled, reliable remote teams. We work with international clients, helping them find the right people for roles across customer service, administration, sales, virtual assistance, marketing, operations and more. As we continue to grow our presence across Latin America, we’re looking for an energetic, bilingual recruiter who can help us discover great talent, grow our LATAM community and connect professionals with exciting remote career opportunities. We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people, understands recruitment and feels completely comfortable being on camera. This is not your typical recruitment position. You’ll play an important role in growing Talent Bridging’s presence across LATAM by combining hands-on recruitment with social media engagement and community building. From sourcing and screening candidates to hosting daily TikTok Lives and engaging with job seekers in Facebook communities, you’ll help make Talent Bridging a trusted destination for remote career opportunities. You’ll be both a recruiter and a face of our LATAM talent community.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen and engage candidates across Latin America.
- Recruit for a variety of remote roles, including customer service, sales, administration, virtual assistance, marketing and operations.
- Conduct candidate interviews and screening calls in Spanish and English.
- Assess candidates’ English proficiency, experience and suitability for international clients.
- Build and maintain a strong database of qualified candidates.
- Work closely with our recruitment team to understand current hiring requirements and priorities.
- Encourage suitable candidates to join the Talent Bridging Talent Network.
TikTok Lives & Social Media Recruitment
- Host engaging TikTok Live sessions daily to introduce Talent Bridging, discuss job opportunities and answer candidate questions.
- Confidently present and communicate in both Spanish and English.
- Promote current vacancies and encourage viewers to apply to our Talent Network.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on TikTok content ideas, recruitment videos and campaigns.
- Create short, authentic video content that helps candidates understand our opportunities and recruitment process.
- Follow relevant LATAM recruitment trends and identify new ways to reach potential candidates.
LATAM Community Growth
- Actively engage with relevant Facebook groups and online communities across Latin America.
- Build relationships with job seekers and encourage ongoing engagement with Talent Bridging.
- Help grow awareness of Talent Bridging as a trusted remote recruitment partner.
- Identify new communities, groups and platforms where we can connect with qualified talent.
- Support campaigns designed to grow our LATAM Talent Network.
- Respond professionally to candidate questions, messages and enquiries.
Reporting & Performance
- Track candidate applications, recruitment activity and Talent Network growth.
- Monitor engagement and candidate enquiries generated through TikTok Lives and social media.
- Share insights into which countries, roles and platforms are generating the strongest candidates.
- Work with the marketing and recruitment teams to continuously improve our LATAM talent acquisition strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing or talent acquisition.
- Based in Latin America, with a good understanding of the regional employment market.
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable presenting on camera.
- Willing and available to host TikTok Live sessions daily as a core responsibility.
- Comfortable engaging with large online audiences and answering questions in real time.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook Groups and other social media platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities.
- Comfortable using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems and online communication tools.
- A proactive, self-motivated personality with a genuine passion for helping people find opportunities.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience recruiting remote professionals for US-based businesses.
- Experience hosting TikTok Lives, webinars or online community events.
- An existing network of bilingual professionals across LATAM.
- Experience with social media recruitment or employer branding.
- Knowledge of virtual assistant, BPO or outsourcing recruitment.
