Talent Bridging

Overview:

Talent Bridging is recruiting on behalf of a growing, premium outdoor design, masonry and construction business serving residential clients in the United States. The company specialises in transforming outdoor spaces through high-end masonry, hardscaping, pools, outdoor kitchens, patios, landscaping and complete outdoor living environments. We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of the brand’s day-to-day digital presence and help turn exceptional project work into engaging content, stronger brand awareness and qualified sales opportunities. This is not a social media posting-only role. The successful candidate will manage content planning and creation, coordinate content acquisition from the wider team, manage organic and paid social media activity, update website content, support lead-generation initiatives and help drive digital enquiries through the lead journey. You should be equally comfortable planning a content calendar, editing a project video, building a Meta advertising campaign, updating website copy, following up on a new lead and asking a project team member to send footage from a job site.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management, Strategy & Paid Advertising

  • Develop and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence across agreed platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram, Facebook and other relevant visual and lead-generating channels.
  • Plan content around completed projects, active projects, before-and-after transformations, craftsmanship, services, educational content, team stories and client experiences.
  • Write captions, calls to action and supporting social copy.
  • Schedule and publish content consistently.
  • Monitor comments, direct messages and enquiries and ensure opportunities are responded to promptly.
  • Identify relevant trends and content opportunities within landscaping, outdoor living, luxury homes, construction, architecture and home improvement.
  • Review platform performance and continuously improve the content strategy based on results.
  • Plan, set up, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Develop campaigns focused on brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation and qualified consultation enquiries.
  • Build appropriate target audiences based on location, demographics, interests, homeowner profiles and campaign objectives.
  • Create and test campaign creatives, messaging, offers, calls to action and Meta lead forms where appropriate.
  • Develop retargeting campaigns for website visitors, engaged social audiences and previous prospects.
  • Manage advertising budgets and monitor campaign performance.
  • Track key paid media metrics including cost per lead, lead quality, conversion rates and booked consultations.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing of audiences, creative, messaging and campaign formats.
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and proactively optimise them to improve results.
  • Ensure leads generated through paid advertising are captured, tracked and followed up promptly.

Content Creation & Editing

  • Turn raw project photos and videos into professional social media content.
  • Create and edit short-form videos, Reels, Stories, carousels and static content.
  • Develop compelling before-and-after and project transformation content.
  • Repurpose project footage into multiple pieces of content across different platforms.
  • Maintain a premium and visually consistent brand presence.
  • Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms to create and edit content.

Content Acquisition & Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with project managers, site teams and other relevant team members to obtain photos, videos and project updates.
  • Provide the team with clear guidance on the footage and images required.
  • Follow up proactively when content is outstanding.
  • Maintain an organised library of project photos, videos, testimonials and other marketing assets.
  • Identify projects that provide strong opportunities for case studies, transformations and social storytelling.
  • Develop simple processes that make it easy for on-site teams to submit usable content.

Website Content Management

  • Make regular content updates to the company’s website.
  • Update project galleries, portfolios, images, copy, service information and other website content.
  • Work within the company’s existing Lovable website environment or similar modern website-building platforms.
  • Create or update landing page content to support campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website content, calls to action and conversion pathways.
  • Ensure social campaigns and website messaging remain aligned.
  • This is not a web developer position. Coding experience is not required, but the candidate must be comfortable working with no-code and AI-assisted website platforms.

Lead Generation

  • Develop organic and paid social media initiatives designed to generate enquiries and consultations.
  • Create campaign concepts, offers, landing page messaging and calls to action.
  • Help identify which services, projects and content themes are generating the strongest interest.
  • Track leads generated through social media, website forms and digital campaigns.
  • Understand that success is measured not only by followers and engagement, but by qualified business opportunities.

Lead Management & Nurturing

  • Monitor incoming digital leads and enquiries.
  • Ensure new leads receive a prompt initial response.
  • Gather basic information required to qualify enquiries.
  • Follow up with prospects who have not responded.
  • Help move qualified prospects towards booking a consultation with the relevant team member.
  • Maintain accurate lead statuses and follow-up activity within the company’s agreed CRM or lead tracking system.
  • Identify leads requiring immediate sales-team attention.
  • Ensure no qualified digital enquiry is lost because of poor or delayed follow-up.
  • Support and nurture the digital lead journey rather than closing complex construction projects.

Reporting & Optimisation

  • Track social media growth, reach, engagement and content performance.
  • Monitor website enquiries and leads generated through organic and paid digital channels.
  • Track enquiry-to-consultation performance where possible.
  • Monitor paid advertising performance including spend, cost per lead, lead quality and conversion.
  • Identify the content and campaigns generating the strongest business results.
  • Provide clear monthly insights and recommendations.
  • Continuously test new content formats, messaging, audiences and lead-generation opportunities.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong experience managing Instagram, Facebook and other major social media platforms.
  • Proven hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager and managing lead-generation campaigns.
  • Ability to build campaigns, manage audiences and budgets, test creative and optimise based on lead quality and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrable experience creating and editing short-form video content.
  • Strong Canva and/or equivalent design platform experience.
  • Experience developing and managing content calendars.
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience generating leads through social media and digital marketing.
  • Experience managing or following up on inbound digital leads.
  • Comfortable updating website content using CMS, no-code or AI-assisted website platforms.
  • Strong organisational and project-management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and proactively drive deliverables.

Highly Advantageous:

  • Experience marketing to US consumers, particularly affluent homeowners, would be a strong advantage.
  • Experience within landscaping, hardscaping, construction, architecture, interior or exterior design, luxury homes, pools and outdoor living, real estate, home improvement or another high-ticket visual service business would also be highly beneficial.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who is proactive rather than task-dependent. You should naturally look at a completed project and think: “How can I turn this into a Reel, a before-and-after post, a case study, a Story sequence, an advertising creative and a lead-generating piece of content?” You should be comfortable chasing the team for the photos and footage you need, organising that content, turning it into compelling marketing material, using it in both organic and paid campaigns and then tracking whether that marketing is contributing to actual enquiries. You understand that beautiful content matters, but beautiful content that generates qualified opportunities matters more.

Success in This Role:

  • Consistent, high-quality social media output.
  • Improved content quality and brand consistency.
  • Growth in relevant audience reach and engagement.
  • Consistent acquisition of project content from the team.
  • Effective management and optimisation of paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Increased website and social media enquiries.
  • Growth in qualified leads and booked consultations.
  • Improved speed and consistency of lead follow-up.
  • Strong organisation of the company’s digital content and marketing assets.
  • Clear reporting that connects marketing activity to business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • This role would suit someone who combines the creativity of a Social Media Manager with the commercial thinking of a Digital Marketer. The right person will understand that their job is not simply to keep the social channels active. Their role is to use content, paid and organic digital platforms, website content and effective lead management to help build the brand and contribute directly to business growth.
