Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support facilitators in the inner healing and breathwork industry. This role focuses on handling operational, administrative, and event coordination tasks so facilitators can focus on delivering client experiences and healing sessions. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, reliable, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Event & Operations Support

  • Coordinate event logistics and scheduling
  • Manage bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Organize venues, helpers, musicians, and event requirements
  • Assist with payment coordination and tracking

Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized records, checklists, and documentation
  • Handle data entry and CRM updates
  • Support workflow and process management
  • Prepare reports and operational summaries

Client Communication

  • Respond to emails, messages, and client inquiries
  • Send reminders and post-event follow-ups
  • Coordinate communication through WhatsApp, email, and social platforms

Marketing & Tech Support

  • Assist with simple marketing materials and banners
  • Support CRM and automation systems
  • Utilize AI tools to improve workflow efficiency

Schedule:

  • 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST preferred
  • Flexible depending on event schedules and operational needs
