Overview:

Petazy Pets is looking for a Brand Growth & Content Lead to take full ownership of the brand’s digital presence and growth across social media platforms. This is not a traditional social media management role. We are looking for someone who will take full ownership of the brand, create high-performing content, drive organic growth, and execute a performance-led strategy from day one. This role sits at the intersection of content creation; brand building; performance marketing; and community growth.

Role Objective:

To build and scale Petazy’s digital presence into a high-performing, content-led growth engine that drives:

  • Organic audience growth
  • High engagement across platforms
  • Traffic to website and TikTok Shop
  • Measurable contribution to sales

Key Responsibilities:

Full Brand Ownership (Day-to-Day Execution)

  • Take ownership of Petazy’s digital presence across:
    – TikTok
    – Instagram
    – Facebook
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand positioning and strategy
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and engagement

High-Performance Content Creation

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content daily
  • Create content that is:
    – Engaging
    – Problem-led
    – Platform-native
  • Stay ahead of trends and adapt them to the Petazy brand
  • Continuously test new content formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches

Organic Growth & Audience Building

  • Drive organic growth across all platforms
  • Actively engage in:
    – Facebook groups
    – TikTok communities
    – Relevant pet-owner spaces
  • Build brand awareness through daily interaction and visibility
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement

Design & Creative Execution

  • Create visually appealing content across formats:
    – Reels / TikToks
    – Carousels
    – Static posts
  • Maintain a consistent, high-quality visual identity
  • Ensure all content is polished, engaging, and on-brand

AI-Driven Content Creation

  • Use AI tools to:
    – Generate content ideas
    – Assist with scripting and hooks
    – Improve content efficiency and output
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and trends
  • Integrate AI into daily workflows to enhance performance

Performance & Optimisation

  • Track and analyse content performance
  • Understand:
    – What content works
    – Why it works
    – How to improve it
  • Identify top-performing content for scaling
  • Work alongside strategy to support paid amplification

Strategy Implementation

  • Execute the defined content and growth strategy from day one
  • Work within structured content pillars and campaign plans
  • Ensure consistency in output and execution

Success Metrics (KPIs):

  • Growth in followers and audience reach
  • Increase in engagement (likes, shares, comments, saves)
  • Improvement in video performance (watch time, retention)
  • Traffic driven to website and TikTok Shop
  • Contribution to overall brand awareness and sales growth

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must-have skills

  • Strong experience in short-form video creation (TikTok & Instagram Reels)
  • Excellent video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
  • Strong design ability for social media content
  • Deep understanding of social media trends and algorithms
  • Ability to create engaging hooks and storytelling content
