Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with strong performance marketing
expertise and hands-on experience managing high-budget campaigns on Meta platforms.
Experience with Google Ads is a strong plus. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data,
experimentation, and scaling winning campaigns through smart audience targeting and creative
testing. Youโ€™ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and creative team to plan, execute, and
optimize paid media campaigns that drive measurable growth across key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with a strong
    focus on performance.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns when required (Search, Display, and Performance Max).
  • Develop and refine audience strategies using lookalike audiences, retargeting, and
    interest-based targeting.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion
    rate, and CAC.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign
    structures.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop and iterate on high-performing ad
    creatives.
  • Set up, manage, and troubleshoot tracking and attribution tools, including Meta Pixel,
    Google Tag, GA4, and UTM tracking.
  • Analyze performance data and provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable
    insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with Meta and Google Ads platform updates, policy changes, and best
    practices.
  • Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns efficiently while maintaining
    performance benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable
    results.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and campaign
    reporting.
  • Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel-based campaign
    structures.
  • Solid analytical skills and comfort working with data and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience setting up and managing tracking tools (Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag
    Manager).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
