Overview:

We are seeking two highly capable Virtual Assistants to support airline ticketing
operations and customer service. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent English
communication skills, and confidence in handling calls with US-based airlines and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book airline tickets and manage travel itineraries accurately
  • Process order entries and maintain organized records
  • Handle flight changes, cancellations, and rebookings directly with airlines
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding bookings and issues
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with airlines to ensure timely resolution of requests
  • Track tasks and updates using internal tools (e.g., JotForm or similar systems)
  • Maintain clear documentation of workflows and transactions

Requirements:

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Neutral or adaptable accent suitable for US-based calls
  • Confident in handling phone-based communication with airlines and customers
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment

Schedule:

  • Monday โ€“ Thursday: 9:00 AM โ€“ 12:00 PM (EST)
  • Friday: 9:00 AM โ€“ 1:00 PM (EST)
  • Potential weekend shifts (as needed)
