Overview:
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist / Cold Caller to support
outbound outreach efforts and generate new business opportunities. This role focuses on identifying
prospects, initiating contact through calls and emails, and qualifying leads for the sales pipeline. The
ideal candidate is persuasive, resilient, and comfortable speaking with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients (e.g., brokers, distributors, and relevant businesses)
- Introduce the companyβs services and generate interest in local manufacturing solutions
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and identify potential opportunities
- Build and maintain a clean, organized lead database
- Perform basic research to identify and source new prospects
- Follow up with warm and cold leads via calls and email
- Track all outreach activities, responses, and outcomes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns
- Provide feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness
- Maintain clear documentation of scripts, workflows, and processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation
- Strong spoken English with clear, confident communication
- Comfortable handling objections and navigating conversations
- Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects
- Results-driven mindset with focus on conversions and outcomes
- Strong organizational and tracking skills
Schedule:
