Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to lead email marketing and SEO initiatives aimed at
increasing brand visibility, nurturing existing leads, and generating new business opportunities. This role
requires a balance of creativity and analytical thinking, with a strong focus on execution and measurable
results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns for 200β300 warm leads
- Develop email sequences (intro, nurture, follow-ups) to maintain consistent engagement every 4β8
weeks - Design and write compelling email content aligned with the brand and target audience
- Manage and optimize email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or similar tools)
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize accordingly
- Conduct website audits to identify SEO and conversion improvement opportunities
- Implement on-page SEO strategies (meta tags, keywords, content optimization)
- Improve website structure and user experience to support lead generation
- Execute βquick winsβ to increase organic traffic and visibility
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profile and other relevant listings
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Document processes, workflows, and campaign strategies
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and website optimization
- Experience using email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp or similar platforms)
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance
- Strong written English and copywriting skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
