Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Manager (Virtual Assistant) to support a
growing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company. This role will focus on end-to-end recruitment for
RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts), ensuring not only
successful hires but strong candidate retention and long-term fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
onboarding support) - Source qualified RBT and BCBA candidates using platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual and in-person)
- Communicate with candidates consistently, including follow-ups and updates
- Work closely with the client to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Maintain organized candidate tracking (currently via Excel or similar tools)
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Support strategies to improve candidate retention and long-term engagement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or ABA industry
- Strong understanding of hiring processes for RBTs and BCBAs (or similar roles)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently and proactively
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Primarily aligned with U.S. business hours (approx. 9:00 AM โ 5:00 PM EST)
- Flexibility to respond to candidates outside standard hours when needed

- Consistent pipeline of qualified RBT and BCBA candidates
- Efficient and organized recruitment process established
